  • Crush 200 grams of aloe vera leaves in a food processor. Add 400 gm of honey, 400 gm of dry red wine, 1 lemon (with peel, de-seeded) and 200 gm of burdock, cut to tiny pieces. Steam for 30 min. Filter and drink 1 tbsp a day.
  • Make juices of 2 kg celery, 200 gm horseradish roots and 200 gm lemon, de-seeded. Combine all of them, and then add 200 gm honey to the mix. Store in the fridge and take 2 tbsp a day, morning and evening before meals.

  • Take freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. It helps dissolve calcium and alleviates the stiffness of joints.
  • Drink freshly squeezed juice of 2 lemons every day. Also, eat lemon peel, cut into small pieces and coated with honey.
  • Combine the juices of 400 gm garlic, 400 gm horseradish roots, 400 gm celery and 5 lemons. Take 1 tbsp of this mixture in the morning, 30 minutes before a meal.
  • Boil 400 gm of water for 10 minutes. Add 1 tbsp of crushed laurel leaves to it. Let it stand overnight in a warm place, and in the morning, filter it and drink 1/3 cup 3 times a day. Continue for two weeks.
  • Consumes 200 grams of cherries mixed in milk two or three times each day.
  • Bake a couple of eggplants, then mash and fry in about 2 tbsp of castor oil, adding cumin, coriander, turmeric, garlic and salt while frying. Eat this once a day for about three months for relief from arthritis.
  • Drink a glass of warm water mixed with ½ tsp of turmeric powder twice a day.
  • Fry a garlic clove castor oil or ghee (clarified butter). Consume this once daily for three months. Alfalfa and alfalfa capsules are also great

  • Take 700 mg chondroitin sulfate tablets each day to strength your joints and ligaments.
