Go to your doctor and discuss all the symptoms related to arthritis and also general symptoms. Give the doctor complete medical information. He/she will diagnose your condition and suggests you the treatment accordingly.
Try to do some gentle exercises in the evening so that you feel less stiff in the early morning. There are mainly three types of exercises for arthritis. They are – flexibility exercises, strengthening exercises and cardiovascular exercises
Every now and then, make sure you change the position of your hands, stretch and bend your legs and tilt your neck from side to side.
While doing any strenuous works like lifting weights, doing sport gym etc take breaks in between the work. If you do not give a break, there is a possibility of suffering from more pain due to over-use of joint.
Arthritis pain has an emotional effect. If your feelings intensify to create hopeless, fearful thoughts and you feel discouraged, your arthritis pain becomes worse. The aggravated pain will be really hard to manage sometimes. Always be happy and be an optimist.
