In this case try out water arthritis as it is a very effective and painless method of exercise which helps relieve arthritis. Water exercise does not need to be strenuous it can be a gentle calm form of exercise.
Water aerobic exercises are designed not only to improve movement, but also strength. Also,use of warm water is recommended for people with arthritis as this helps relieve pain, and helps the muscles to relax.

- Water sports can improve movement in joints, and also due to the water resistance strength may also be built.
However, there is one thing you need to keep in mind that water exercise is not for everybody. Ask your doctor first and go ahead,only if he or she recommends you to try water exercise.
